Overview

Lead the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, guiding teams through design and delivery.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and efficient resolution of challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
• Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively while maintaining high code quality.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and maintainable solutions.
