Overview

Lead the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions within SAP environments, guiding teams through design and delivery. Ensure development standards, code quality, scalability and performance align with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.
• Guide teams through the development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and refine processes to support successful project outcomes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing custom software solutions within SAP environments.
• Experience in setting and maintaining coding standards and best practices for software development.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA platforms.
• Skill in leading technical teams and managing software delivery processes.
• 15 years full-time education.
