Custom Software Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead the technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions, overseeing design through delivery and team guidance.

What you'll do

• Own technical direction and architectural design for custom software solutions.
• Administer and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA platforms across Development, QA/UAT, and Production.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and monitor environments and platform health.
• Manage users, roles, licenses, organizations, access, and security.
• Provide production support including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, releases, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; support SQL Server troubleshooting and SQL-related validations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA Administration or PLM Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Administration.
• Experience in environment setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of user, role, license, and security management.
• Exposure to CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of SQL Server / SQL.
