Custom Software Engineering Lead who owns the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.

What you'll do

• Act as SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have: proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
• Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with integration of transportation management systems within enterprise environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
