Customer Application Engineer(.NET, SQL, C#)

Overview

Customer Application Engineer responsible for managing customer relationships and operational/technical maintenance of applications in the RUN department.

What you'll do

• Manage customer relations for application maintenance across assigned accounts.
• Own enhancements, upgrades, and application performance tuning activities.
• Handle maintenance by following up, qualifying, and prioritizing customer requests.
• Troubleshoot code and SQL issues for expertise-driven support.
• Coordinate weekly prioritization and monthly maintenance/plan meetings with customers and the integrator partner.
• Support upgrades including preparation, parameterization, tests, acceptance, and production.
• Provide customer support for anomalies and feed customer needs back to R&D.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in L3/L4 software product technical support processes.
• Developer experience in an object-oriented language, ideally C#.
• Mastery of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
• Experience providing technical support, and possibly customer management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Autonomy and strong priority management.
• Preferred degree in BE/BTech or a related Master’s field.
