Customer Engineer

Overview

Provide field service support for electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems. Serve as a first-line customer response by diagnosing issues, organizing service requests, and delivering installations, maintenance, and repairs.

What you'll do

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls.
• Service ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repairs and system overhauls.
• Organize and triage customer issues.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

What you'll need

• Be at least 19 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver's license and meet fleet driving-record requirements.
• Have PC skills.
• Have basic electronic skills.
• Be familiar with operating systems.
• Be able to travel for several hours of driving per day and work rotating and weekend shifts.
• Be able to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
