Customer Service Engineer - Cathlab & MICT

Overview

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will perform on-site services and maintenance on customers’ equipment, supporting repairs, inspections, and commissioning activities.

What you'll do

• Perform on-site life extensions, repairs, and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets.
• Support supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment at the customer site.
• Carry out on-site machining and generator diagnostics.
• Resolve technical issues using established procedures and technical judgment.
• Consult more senior team members when issues are outside defined instructions/parameters.
• Serve as the interface between the customer and GE HealthCare for customer-facing work.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Cathlab, CT, or NM services & field services & customer service management.
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering/E&TC/Electronics/Instrumentation (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Good interpersonal skills, including ability to lead a junior team.
• Ability to explain technical information to others.
• Requires good understanding of how team work integrates with other teams.
