About the Job

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive on a Full-time basis for OnSite work. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries, guiding them through processes, and ensuring a smooth support experience across chat and customer service channels. You’ll use your communication and interpersonal strengths to manage conversations professionally, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support by responding to customer queries promptly via chat and other support channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues with clear explanation, empathy, and a service-minded approach.
  • Maintain accurate updates on customer conversations and outcomes to ensure smooth follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Deliver customer service proficiency by setting correct expectations, answering questions, and escalating complex cases when required.
  • Use convincing skills to guide customers toward the right resolution, product/service usage, or next steps.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve support workflows and reduce repeat customer issues.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, strong communication, and brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Excellent Communication Skills and Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proven Customer Support and Customer service experience (or strong ability to learn quickly).
  • Comfortable handling Chat Support with speed, clarity, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English for effective customer communication.
  • Ability to speak Kannada fluently to support diverse customer needs.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service Proficiency with a helpful, respectful attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during high-volume or complex customer interactions.
