Customer Support Executive

About the role

We're looking for Customer Support Executives to join our Bangalore team. You'll be the voice of our company, handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy while resolving issues efficiently. This is a high-impact role where your communication skills directly shape customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer calls with clarity, patience, and product knowledge to resolve inquiries and complaints
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed call logs for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior teams when necessary
• Meet or exceed call quality metrics including average handle time, first-call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
• Provide feedback to the product and operations teams on recurring customer pain points and improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of proven customer support or call center experience in a voice-based environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear diction, professional tone, and ability to explain concepts simply
• Strong problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy when handling customer inquiries
• Active listening skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Consistent ability to meet performance targets

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing or CRM platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar)
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech product support
• Multilingual capabilities (Hindi, Kannada, or other regional languages)
