Overview

Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support for the SpinOne SaaS security platform.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to customers via email and chat.
• Support SpinOne protection across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Run a support queue.
• Write clear knowledge base (KB) articles.
• Troubleshoot customer issues methodically.
• De-escalate frustrated users while keeping focus on the technical problem.

What you'll need

• Background in Jira Service Management or Jira administration is of particular interest.
• Ability to run a queue.
• Ability to write clear KB articles.
• Comfort de-escalating a tense conversation.
• Methodical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort writing clearly and maintaining the technical thread.
