Cyber RQI Analyst

Overview

The Cyber RQI Analyst conducts cyber security reviews to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols, managing data privacy, responding to incidents, and collaborating with IT and security teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct cyber security reviews to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols.
• Respond to security incidents and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Manage data privacy and ensure the protection of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement security measures and protocols.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding cyber security.
• Implement security information and event management (SIEM) processes.
• Ensure compliance with cyber security governance and information security standards.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for security-related issues.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cyber security or a related field.
• Skills: Analytical Thinking, Communication, Critical Thinking, Cyber Security Governance, Data Privacy, Detail-Oriented, End-to-End Project Management, High Accuracy, Incident Response, Problem Solving, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within the IT or security industry.
• Certification in cyber security or a related field.
