Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management Consultant - RPA Developer (Blueprism)

Overview

Develop, support, and continuously improve Blue Prism RPA solutions within the Identity and Access Management cybersecurity team. The role covers the full automation lifecycle and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain Blue Prism automations.
• Automate MyAccess processes and support CAST automation initiatives.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Support production automations and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and incidents.
• Monitor bot performance and identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with domestic and offshore teams across India, Ireland, and the USA.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience in Blue Prism development and support.
• Understanding of the RPA lifecycle and production support.
• Experience with Blue Prism Object Studio and Process Studio.
• Knowledge of SQL for extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience with web applications, Windows applications, Excel automation, and file-based integrations.
• Knowledge of exception handling, logging, version control, and software development practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of APIs, PowerShell, VBA, or scripting technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
• Exposure to low-code automation platforms.
