Data & AI Solution Architect

Overview

Data & AI Solution Architect responsible for designing enterprise data models, semantic architectures, and conversational AI solutions on Databricks.

What you'll do

• Create enterprise data models (ERDs) and semantic architectures using Databricks Metric Views.
• Design solution architectures for modern data and AI platforms on Databricks.
• Define and promote enterprise standards for data products and data modelling.
• Create reusable architecture patterns, reference designs, and implementation guidance for HUB & SPOKE teams.
• Design semantic models and architecture patterns for trusted analytics and Databricks Genie conversational AI.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, office hours, and technical coaching.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong experience with Databricks, DBT, Unity Catalog, SQL, and Python.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modelling and semantic modelling.
• Deep understanding of Medallion Architecture and data product design.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing semantic layers using Databricks Metric Views.
• Experience enabling analytics or conversational AI with Databricks Genie.
