Data Analyst

Overview

Support business leaders with financial insights, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within the EBO Management Information System team in India.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying key trends to provide meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of financial models for accurate planning.
• Contribute to the preparation of management presentations on financial performance.
• Participate in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, CA/CMA Inter, MBA Finance or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• 1-2 years of experience in internal/external reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge in VB/SQL.
• Experience with Python on process automation, data manipulation and analysis.
