Data Analyst Intern

About the Job

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to help us turn raw data into clear insights and useful reporting. This is a Internship role with OnSite work flexibility, where you’ll support the analytics team by cleaning and analyzing datasets, building dashboards, and assisting with exploratory analysis. You’ll learn how to structure data for decision-making, translate findings into meaningful visualizations, and contribute to data quality improvements across business teams. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources in Excel spreadsheets.

2. Analyze datasets and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

3. Create and manage Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.

4. Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries with accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Use AI-powered tools to assist in data analysis, research, and report generation.

6. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and present findings clearly.

7. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and business requirements.

8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.

* Fast and efficient laptop/computer handling skills.

* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
