Overview

Design and own data governance frameworks, standards, classifications, and quality rules for Skills, Tasks, and Job Architecture data. Enable trusted, traceable, and AI-ready data across source systems and the Data Foundation.

What you'll do

• Design governance frameworks, standards, definitions, and data quality rules.
• Maintain data catalogues covering ownership, lineage, sensitivity, and quality rules.
• Design and run data quality checks, campaigns, remediation, and escalation processes.
• Investigate Workday data issues and define corrective governance actions.
• Govern Workday-to-SkyHive lineage, cataloguing, and data-sharing agreements.
• Enable AI, analytics, reporting, and Data Foundation initiatives through standardized data.
• Partner with global regions, Data Champions, analysts, and technical teams on adoption.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, HR analytics, or analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configurations, and data structures.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, cataloguing, and metadata management.
• Familiarity with data quality assessment and remediation techniques.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Workday certification in HCM, Financial Management, or related modules.
• Experience with DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, SkyHive, Snowflake, or Cornerstone.
• Knowledge of AI/ML data requirements and preparation processes.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with Skills, Jobs, Tasks, and Job Architecture data domains.
