Data Compliance Review Associates

Overview

Review and classify sensitive personal data across enterprise systems as part of JLL India's internal data compliance initiative. Record findings accurately and support quality checks and project completion.

What you'll do

• Review files and folders flagged for manual assessment.
• Assess whether flagged items contain the data type in scope.
• Record findings in an Excel-based review tracker.
• Escalate ambiguous cases to the project lead.
• Support quality checks and sign-off activities.

What you'll need

• Be an undergraduate, a student pursuing graduation or post-graduation, or a recent graduate.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in structured, process-driven work.
• Have basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Be interested in compliance, data governance, or HR operations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SharePoint or OneDrive.
