Data Engineer

Overview

Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection and processing, including data pipelines, data quality and ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
• Create data pipelines and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
• Ensure data quality and monitor and optimize data workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Document processes and maintain clear communication regarding data architecture and pipeline status.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes to ensure efficient data migration and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and maintenance to support data integration and processing.
• Familiarity with data quality assurance techniques to maintain accuracy and consistency of data.
• Understanding of cloud-based data storage and processing environments.
• 15 years full time education.
