Data Engineer

Overview

The Data Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining Data Product pipelines with guidance from senior data engineers.

What you'll do

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Data Product pipelines.
• Support others in using existing data management systems.
• Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements in IT security processes within an assigned unit.
• Perform prescribed product development/engineering activities using existing procedures.
• Collaborate on prescribed project management activities following existing procedures.
• Collate and analyze data independently using predetermined tools and methods.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience.
• GCP Data Services ecosystem skills (e.g., Scheduled Queries, DataForm, DBT, DataProc).
• Strong SQL experience.
• Experience with BigQuery and Python.
• Experience with Cloud Composer.
• Experience with production support and ServiceNow incident management.
