Overview

Entry-level Associate Data Advisory and Insights Specialist role supporting senior team members in providing data-driven recommendations and insights to business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Assist with data collection, conduct preliminary analysis, and prepare reports and presentations under guidance.
• Learn to translate complex data into actionable business language aimed at improving decision-making.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks and support senior specialists in delivering actionable insights.
• Address well-defined business problems using data and perform routine data analysis and visualization tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and present findings primarily to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to small-scale projects and implement basic data insights and recommendations to support broader initiatives.
• Handle simpler datasets and reporting tasks and participate in developing components for larger analysis projects.

What you'll need

• Entry-level background with an eagerness to develop foundational analytical skills and understand business contexts.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in assisting with data collection, conducting preliminary analysis, and preparing reports and presentations under guidance.
• Willingness to learn how to translate complex data into actionable business language aimed at improving decision-making.
• Basic proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets for dashboard design and data representation.
• Exposure to Workday / other platforms and presentation/collaboration tools.
• Understanding of fundamental data analysis, KPI definition, and problem-structuring techniques.
• Capability to format data representations, executive views, and summary packs for leadership reporting.
• Strong collaborative and structured communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams to gather data requirements, conduct follow-ups, and present findings clearly.
