Overview

Lead and deliver QA, testing, and validation for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) tracking, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead QA and validation project delivery for Adobe CJA tracking end-to-end.
• Gather requirements and create test cases for analytics tracking validation.
• Develop and execute test plans for digital analytics implementations.
• Validate analytics tags and troubleshoot tracking issues using specified tools.
• Document and communicate defects, issues, and recommendations to teams.
• Support enablement and extension of self-service analytics validation tools and processes.
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with Adobe App Assurance, BrowserStack, and Chrome/Edge Developer tools.
• Experience with clickstream analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to turn test results into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of QA/testing/validation experience in digital analytics (strongly preferred).

Details

• Full-time role working 45 hours per week.
• Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
• Primarily based in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as applicable.
• Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in analytics validation.
