Overview

Architect the data platform blueprint and implement the design, including the relevant data platform components. Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.

What you'll do

• Design and shape the overall data platform framework so that all components align with the broader organizational data strategy.
• Collaborate with integration and data architecture teams to integrate systems and data models effectively.
• Create scalable and efficient data solutions that support business needs.
• Continuously refine the platform blueprint to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies.
• Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of technical excellence.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data architectures using cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with data integration techniques and ensuring interoperability between diverse data systems.
• Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to maintain data quality and security.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
