Overview

As a Data Delivery Leads / Data Architects - Director, you will lead the design and delivery of data solutions that turn raw information into actionable insights for client use. You will set strategic direction, shape client engagements, drive business growth, and mentor emerging leaders across data science and data engineering disciplines.

What you'll do

• Set strategic direction for data science and data architecture client engagements.
• Translate business needs into data solutions, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead executive client discussions on analytics strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and data modernization.
• Guide teams in designing data models, pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to complex business problems.
• Shape data delivery approaches that improve data quality, governance, and scalability.
• Develop thought leadership, new solution concepts, and reusable delivery methods for emerging data needs.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for advanced analytics, automation, and data engineering services.
• Mentor team members and build capability across data science and data engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver analytics, visualization, and data products across client programs.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 16 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering.
