Data Platform Engineer

Overview

Assist with the data platform blueprint and design, including the relevant data platform components, and work with Integration Architects and Data Architects to keep systems and data models cohesively integrated.

What you'll do

• Assist with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components.
• Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
• Take part in discussions to enhance the overall data strategy and architecture.
• Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the data platform aligns with organizational goals and standards.
• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in documenting data platform processes and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Strong understanding of data integration techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architectures.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• 15 years full-time education.
