Data Risk, Associate, Business Audit

Overview

Associate role in Internal Audit Data Risk within Business Audit, supporting firm-wide data risk management audit execution across the first and second lines of defense.

What you'll do

• Execute assurance activities such as audits, continuous monitoring, and closure verification.
• Adopt new audit tools and techniques.
• Develop clear, concise communications about risk and business impact for the relevant coverage area.
• Identify and leverage data to incorporate into analysis for the coverage area.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build working relationships and deliver team deliverables.
• Manage multiple deliverables while delivering high-quality work.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of audit principles, tools, and processes (e.g., risk assessments, planning, testing, reporting, continuous monitoring).
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and adapt messages to the audience.
• Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data.
• Commitment to practicing inclusive behaviors.
• Willingness to solicit and provide feedback to develop self and peers.
