Data Scientist Analyst

Overview

Develop and deploy machine learning/GenAI solutions, including model development, RAG frameworks, data pipelines, and performance optimization. Work with cross-functional teams and present results to stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Assist in the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models.
• Fine-tune large language models or build internal SLMs from scratch.
• Design and develop POCs/full-scale solutions for automations in operations, including conversational AI and multi-agent systems.
• Implement and maintain AI pipelines and infrastructure for model training and deployment.
• Customize and fine-tune RAG frameworks to meet project requirements.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Maintain documentation of model architectures, processes, and findings.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience with AI/ML projects.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Working experience in a quantitative field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptive to a matrix work environment.
• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
