Overview
Senior Gen AI Engineer role focused on building and deploying AI solutions using generative AI, LLM-based applications, and agentic/multi-agent systems.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of Gen AI projects from ideation to deployment.
- Develop and fine-tune generative AI models to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
- Design AI agent architectures for autonomous decision-making and multi-agent collaboration.
- Build and optimize LLM applications using RAG and create ML pipelines for NLP and multimodal tasks.
- Use vector databases and LLM APIs in Gen AI development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Conduct continuous research on state-of-the-art generative AI, autonomous agents, and NLP.
What you'll need
- 4–10 years of relevant experience (as stated in the posting).
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including neural networks, optimization, and model evaluation.
- Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and Hugging Face transformers, plus MLOps.
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems for decision-making.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI integrating text, image, and other data modalities.
Nice to have
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Flask).
