Senior Associate – AI/ML Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate AI/ML Engineer responsible for developing and leading artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, including LLM and GenAI solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop AI/ML solutions including chatbots, recommendation systems, and translation services.
• Build and optimize LLM applications using RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Implement model fine-tuning, evaluation, quantization, and knowledge distillation.
• Design and deploy ML workloads using cloud, containerization, and MLOps practices.
• Create low-level designs for provided architectures.
• Work with microservices-based architectures.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, FastAPI, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Spark, Git, MLflow, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of ML and LLM development lifecycles.
• Experience with feature engineering, embedding optimization, dimensionality reduction, and A/B testing.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MBA qualification.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in industries leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with Go or Rust.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
