Sr. ML Engineer

Overview

Own key AI/ML engineering modules and serve as a design authority for AI projects. Build generative AI applications, scalable machine learning pipelines, and production-ready AI/ML solutions while leading multiple workstreams.

What you'll do

• Lead and deliver AI engineering project deliverables.
• Guide engineers building LLM and AI applications.
• Design scalable machine learning pipelines and AI/ML models.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
• Train, evaluate, and improve machine learning models.
• Shape engineering best practices and methodologies as an AI design authority.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Experience building scalable machine learning pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading multiple AI application development workstreams.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure automation and improving productivity using LLMs.
• Experience developing scalable cybersecurity products.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• An advanced degree with more than 2 years of work experience.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
