Overview
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and scalable AI systems within the Finance and Corporate Strategy team.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, deploy, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead research initiatives, experiments, and exploration of new AI approaches.
- Design scalable, performant, and reliable AI system architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers on AI integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI and machine learning practices.
- Lead design reviews, meetings, feedback loops, and continuous improvement activities.
- Present technical strategies and business impacts to executive stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Typically 15 years of experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of data preparation, feature engineering, mathematical modeling, visualization, and software engineering practices.
- Experience guiding or mentoring engineers and communicating complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Expertise in CNN, RNN, GAN, or other deep learning architectures.
- Experience with Git, testing methodologies, and agile development practices.
- Experience leading research initiatives, publishing papers, or contributing to open-source AI projects.
