• Experience building and leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on technical problem-solving capability.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Databricks, MongoDB, Node.js/NestJS, React, Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub.
• Experience in resource utilization and workforce planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled software development.
