Overview

Support Deals Advisory commercial diligence and value creation work by organizing data, supporting analysis, and helping translate findings into clear insights for client teams within the Advisory practice, as a Deals Advisory - Data Specialist at the Associate level.

What you'll do

• Support commercial diligence and value creation workstreams by gathering, organizing, and reviewing client data and supporting materials
• Conduct desktop research on markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends to inform transaction and growth assessments
• Analyze financial records, transaction data, and operational information to identify patterns, variances, and potential value drivers
• Assist in preparing client deliverables, working papers, presentations, and summaries for internal review
• Apply forensic technology tools and data analytics techniques to support fraud, misconduct, and regulatory violation assessments
• Contribute to evidence collection, documentation, and case file organization across investigative and compliance activities
• Monitor regulatory guidelines, financial crime prevention practices, and governance requirements to support client projects
• Collaborate across project teams to interpret findings, raise issues, and support timely delivery of assigned tasks

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
