Deployment Engineer

Overview

Deploy and integrate Mavenir products for global customers, supporting telecom product integration, testing, configuration, and end-to-end delivery activities.

What you'll do

• Deploy and integrate products for customers.
• Perform integration and testing with telecom products.
• Configure software and hardware in customer test labs or live environments.
• Create procedures, acceptance testing documents, and system designs.
• Participate in technical workshops and customer meetings.
• Coordinate with customers and project teams on technical issues and delivery plans.

What you'll need

• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, OCP, AWS, and VMware Tanzu.
• Understanding of Linux, virtualization, Wireshark, and operations and maintenance tools.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux or Python scripting.
• Ability to visualize end-to-end networks and handle live networks sensitively.
• Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches from HPE, Cisco, or Dell.
• Knowledge of load balancers and mobile and IP network call flows.
• Overview of ITU-T, ANSI, and 3GPP telecom standards or protocols.
