Deployment Engineer

Overview

Deployment Engineer for enterprise customers, leading hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions using AI-augmented workflows and tools.

What you'll do

• Run business discovery workshops to translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
• Ensure data connectivity and configure data extraction pipelines.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs, and dashboards, then validate outputs.
• Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform, including process intelligence, transformations, and operational solutions.
• Enable customer users, manage rollout outcomes, and document design decisions for handoff.

What you'll need

• 4+ years experience in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting (or 6+ years for Senior DE).
• Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions, including data modeling, process analysis, and KPI definition.
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
• Strong specification/context engineering skills to translate ambiguous needs into precise AI instructions.
• Travel willingness up to 50% to customer locations (per project needs).
