Design Architect

Overview

Design Architect role supporting high-performance physical IP development across digital architecture, RTL, low-power design, and quality-control tool flows.

What you'll do

• Contribute to digital architecture, digital RTL, low power design, synthesis, and timing analysis.
• Perform behavioral coding for SerDes physical IP portfolio.
• Execute tool flows for IP quality control.
• Drive architecture from micro-architecture to RTL implementation while refining features/requirements.
• Support synthesis including constraint generation, power management, and DFT understanding.
• Collaborate with verification to specify coverage points, testing strategy, corner conditions, and stimulus creation.
• Work with design teams across digital verification, project management, and digital/analog teams.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in digital design and architecture.
• Good written and verbal cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven experience in design architecture and design implementation.
• Experience with embedded uC designs and synthesis/SDC creation.
• Knowledge of scripting design automation and debugging verification test cases/SVA.
• Knowledge of serial standards such as PCIe, USB, and Ethernet.
• Comfort interacting across the SSG team including mixed-signal, verification, and analog teams.
