Overview

Designer role in the India Design Studio at Inizio Advisory, creating high-quality, client-facing presentation and proposal materials.

What you'll do

• Design and redesign slides for proposals, RFP materials, credentials, and case studies.
• Apply brand standards, PowerPoint templates, and document standards consistently.
• Translate briefs and content into polished visual outputs, escalating gaps early.
• Adapt existing materials for different audiences, clients, geographies, and pursuits.
• Create reusable slides, diagrams, icons, and data visuals.
• Complete the studio self-check and resolve issues from design review or QA.
• Maintain clean, editable, accessible, version-controlled handover-ready files.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in presentation/graphic/visual design or similar roles.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or comparable tools.
• Comfort with typography, templates, design systems, iconography, and data visualization.
• Clear communication skills to ask focused questions when content is incomplete.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams within service levels.
• Practical AI literacy to review/refine/reject AI-assisted suggestions.

• Full-time role with a hybrid working pattern based in Gurugram.
• Supports global teams across time zones and may require flexibility for UK- and US-aligned collaboration windows.
