Designer (Mid-Weight)

Overview

Mid-weight Designer to join Landor’s Global Design Studio in Mumbai.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end corporate brand identity projects.
• Translate brand strategy into visual identity systems (e.g., logos, typography, color, iconography, brand assets).
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and toolkits for consistent rollout across platforms and markets.
• Collaborate with strategy, verbal identity, experience, client, and cross-functional teams.
• Present creative concepts, explain design rationale, and incorporate feedback.
• Support implementation, evolution, and governance of brand systems and stay current with trends/technologies.

What you’ll need

• Experience in branding/corporate identity or multidisciplinary design consultancies with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced design craft with typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
• Proven experience creating corporate identity guidelines, brand standards, and implementation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and organizational skills.
