What you'll do

• Design and develop ITSM-related configurations and customizations.
• Gather requirements and information by engaging stakeholders.
• Oversee technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations.
• Answer technical questions related to ServiceNow development.
• Develop, implement, and conduct component integration testing of technical solutions.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with ITSM technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Experience implementing ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency in server-side scripting, integrations, and workflows, including flow designer experience.
