Overview

Business Analyst supporting Finance and Treasury applications in Pune. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting technology implementation and optimization.

What you'll do

• Gather and document requirements with Finance, Treasury, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze processes and identify automation, standardization, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and vendors.
• Support implementations, enhancements, upgrades, production activities, and UAT.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, reports, and user guides.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and creating functional documentation.
• Experience with Finance, Treasury, Banking, ERP, or related applications.
• Experience with the Coupa Treasury Management Platform.
• Experience creating FRS documents, use cases, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Experience coordinating UAT and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application environments.
• Knowledge of Finance and Treasury processes.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
