DevOps Engineer

Overview

Design, implement and maintain AWS DevOps systems that support development teams and release pipelines, with a focus on automation, observability and logging.

What you'll do

• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are safe against security threats.
• Use automation tools and Terraform/CloudFormation with AWS containerization to deliver CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, log, maintain and scale on-prem and AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to improve products and processes.
• Build and test pipelines used for both development and production deployments.
• Analyze existing pipelines for functionality and performance and decide how to improve them.
• Engage directly with internal customers and developers to optimize their workflows through automation and well-designed systems.
• Deploy and promote new services for internal clients.
• Promote a DevOps culture and mindset.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.
• DevOps Architecture (must-have skill).
• 15 years full time education is required.
• Experience background in Linux with hands-on experience with configuration management tools.
• Experience using version control frameworks such as Git.
• Experience using the AWS cloud provider.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with container tooling and orchestration.
• Experience working with the DevOps toolset (Hashicorp stack: Vault, Terraform).
• Experience working with the monitoring toolset (Grafana, Prometheus, Alert Manager or similar).
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes experience is a strong plus.
