DevOps Engineer

Overview

Join the engineering team as a DevOps Engineer, building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. The role focuses on reliability, scalability, efficiency, complex technical challenges, innovation, and high-impact global projects.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily with Terraform.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes.
• Implement and manage Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and orchestration.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of platforms.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.
• Contribute to platform improvements, documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in DevOps, cloud, and containerization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Azure Cloud/GCP/AWS in a DevOps environment.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with CI/CD tools, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio, Terraform, and Terraform Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Azure Monitor.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure preferred.
• AWS or GCP experience is a plus.
