DevOps Engineer, Actimize

Overview

DevOps Engineer responsible for developing and operating Actimize’s cloud-based SaaS platform for financial crime solutions. The role focuses on AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, observability, and highly available systems.

What you'll do

• Design and implement shared infrastructure components for service availability and scalability.
• Implement and improve CI/CD infrastructure and practices.
• Build tooling and automation for platform accessibility and engineering velocity.
• Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Build and maintain highly available systems.
• Communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and change requests to senior management.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary Agile teams.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in a DevOps role using AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant course.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Jenkins for CI/CD infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS experience, including AWS networking.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory, GitHub, Python, Unix shell scripting, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience working in Scrum and Agile delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Prior SaaS, PaaS, and infrastructure-as-code development experience.
• Helm experience.
• Multi-region AWS deployment experience.
• AWS cost optimization experience.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.
• Individual contributor role reporting to a Group Manager.
