Overview
Join the DLCM Control Center team building the automated campaign management service, reducing tool fragmentation and manual effort through standardized campaign business logic and automation-first delivery pipelines.
What you'll do
- Build and operate reliable, scalable delivery pipelines that support automation-first campaign management and reduce manual steps across creation and execution workflows.
- Own CI/CD and deployment automation across environments and improve release quality through repeatable, audited delivery practices.
- Implement and run cloud-native operational practices, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and rapid incident troubleshooting to meet availability and performance expectations.
- Enable secure, role-aware operations aligned with compliance needs, such as reducing exposure to sensitive third-party data via role or permission changes.
- Partner with product and engineering to deliver API-based integrations that streamline campaign orchestration across adjacent systems, such as recall campaign creation and baseline campaign creation via interfaces.
- Raise DevOps maturity through standardization, automation, and feedback loops across dev and ops stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Strong hands-on experience designing and operating automated pipelines, with comfort in common tooling such as Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, with the ability to package and deploy consistently and operate workloads at scale.
- Proven delivery of reproducible infrastructure using Terraform and/or other automation.
- Practical expertise with metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting, with the ability to instrument systems and operate with dashboards and synthetic checks where relevant.
- Experience embedding security checks into pipelines and operations, with understanding of software supply-chain transparency (e.g. SBOM practices) and modern DevSecOps expectations.
- Platform reliability mindset: build for failure, automate recovery paths, and reduce operational toil through repeatability and clear runbooks.
- Comfort operating services that interact via APIs and support seamless handling of cross-system processes for users.
- Operational excellence: strong approach to monitoring strategy, incident response, and continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to translate reliability and automation needs into pragmatic delivery plans.
- Collaborative, shared-responsibility mindset aligned with DevOps culture and continuous feedback loops.
- Structured problem solving under pressure, calm incident leadership, and effective cross-team coordination.
Nice to have
- GitOps experience (e.g., Argo CD) and standardized deployment patterns for Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Experience with advanced cloud-native observability stacks (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana) and modern operational metrics.
- Practical exposure to supply-chain security frameworks and automation (e.g. SBOM generation/verification, provenance, beyond shift-left practices).
