DevOps Engineer - ServiceNow

Overview

DevOps Engineer for ServiceNow, acting as a seasoned ServiceNow subject matter expert who advises internal clients and translates requirements into ServiceNow technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand business and user requirements.
• Prepare technical requirement documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts.
• Analyze requirements to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet functional, technical, and operational expectations.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to validate solution feasibility.
• Translate requirements into comprehensive system design documentation.
• Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

What you'll need

• Have at least 3+ years of recent experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Have worked on multiple ServiceNow modules including, but not limited to, ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM.
• Work across medium to high complexity software technology environments.
• Build ServiceNow solutions including programming code/algorithms for software solutions.
