DevOps Lead

Overview

Hands-on DevOps Lead to own CI/CD end-to-end for Digital & Technology, from commit to production, including pipelines, standards, guardrails, and delivery observability.

What you'll do

• Own CI/CD estate for Digital & Technology by designing, building, and improving pipelines across applications and data platforms.
• Establish and enforce branching, release, and deployment standards including trunk-based/GitFlow, environment promotion, release gates, and rollback.
• Build and maintain GitHub Actions workflows with standardized reusable workflows and composite actions across teams.
• Migrate and rationalize existing Azure DevOps pipelines and repos while running a consistent toolchain during transition.
• Embed code quality and security gates in every pipeline (SonarQube, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and secret screening).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for repeatable and auditable environments using Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Partner with Data & AI teams to build CI/CD and data pipelines (Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Dbt, Power BI deployments).

What you'll need

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a CI/CD DevOps role or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams to instill CI/CD best practices.
• Deep expertise with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of code quality and security tooling (SonarQube, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management).
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform delivery.
