Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Senior Engineer

Overview

Remote Senior Engineer responsible for engineering and administering the Nexthink Infinity platform, building endpoint self-healing automations, integrating enterprise systems, and using DEX analytics to improve employee technology experience.

What you'll do

• Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform.
• Develop Remote Actions and automated endpoint remediation workflows.
• Build integrations with ServiceNow, Intune/SCCM, Moveworks, Microsoft 365, Splunk, and related platforms.
• Create dashboards, investigations, reports, and NQL-based experience insights.
• Design Nexthink Campaigns to gather feedback and support digital adoption.
• Identify experience gaps and contribute to DEX strategy and roadmap initiatives.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years administering, engineering, and supporting Nexthink Infinity.
• 10+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, EUC, workplace technology, or endpoint engineering.
• Experience scaling Nexthink in enterprise environments with 10,000+ endpoints.
• Advanced scripting and automation experience with PowerShell.
• Knowledge of endpoint technologies including Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint security.

Nice to have

• Nexthink certifications and experience with AI Drive and Adopt.
• Bash/Shell scripting experience.
• ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, asset management, or Splunk experience.
• Knowledge of DEX frameworks, sentiment measurement, and XLOs.

Details

• Fully remote within the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and potentially Secret or higher.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Pay range: $131,300–$237,350 yearly.
