Whether you have 1 year of solid experience or 9 years of mastery, we value capability over tenure. You will be the architect of our marketing processes, tasked with setting up efficient workflows from scratch and continuously optimizing them.

You will deep-dive into user behavior using Microsoft Clarity, build authoritative backlink networks, and drive traffic for high-growth sectors like Fintech, Healthtech, and AI. You will have the freedom to innovate, but you must own your results.

Your Core Mission:

1. Content Optimization (Data-Led):

1. Analyze: Use Microsoft Clarity (Heatmaps & Recordings) to understand exactly why users leave and fix it.
2. Optimize: Continuously update content based on data, not guesses.
3. Innovate: Use AI tools to speed up research and drafting while maintaining high quality.

2. Backlink & Community Engine:

1. Process Setup: Build a repeatable process (SOP) for acquiring high-quality backlinks—don't just rely on luck.
2. Community: Systematically engage with niche communities to build genuine authority.
3. Strategy: Use competitor data (Ahrefs/SEMrush) to identify and capture the best link opportunities.

3. Process Innovation:

1. Systematize: Create clear workflows for every repeated task.
2. Automate: Find ways to use technology to do more with less.

Required Toolkit:

1. Must Know: Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4, Search Console.
2. SEO Tools: Ahrefs or SEMrush.
3. AI Tools: ChatGPT / Claude (for efficiency).
