About the Job

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for a Full-time, Remote role. In this position, you’ll help drive measurable growth across our digital channels by planning and executing campaigns that improve brand visibility, increase qualified traffic, and convert audiences into leads and customers. You’ll use a data-informed approach to strengthen our SEO, optimize social media performance, enhance email marketing journeys, and support end-to-end digital strategy—ensuring every effort aligns with business goals and delivers clear results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and execution—including keyword research, content optimization, and ongoing performance tracking.
• Plan, launch, and optimize social media marketing & strategy across relevant platforms to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, coordinating messaging, landing pages, and channel performance.
• Develop and manage email marketing flows (newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns), ensuring strong deliverability and engagement.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rate, engagement, and pipeline impact) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with product updates, learning milestones, and audience needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously test improvements to campaigns and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SEO strategy and execution, including on-page optimization and performance measurement.
• Proven Social Media Marketing & Strategy experience, with a clear understanding of audience targeting and content performance.
• Hands-on competency in Digital Marketing fundamentals across channels (search, social, email, and conversions).
• Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for tracking and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with Email Marketing, including segmentation, campaign setup, and performance optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage deliverables in a remote environment.
