Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Job

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels. This Full-time role is OnSite, where you’ll work closely with internal teams to build, execute, and optimize campaigns that strengthen our online presence, improve lead generation, and enhance customer engagement. You’ll combine analytical thinking with creative execution—managing social media, launching and refining Meta Ads, supporting SEO initiatives, and coordinating effective email marketing to improve performance over time.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content publishing.
• Execute and optimize SEO strategy, including on-page SEO best practices for content pages and landing pages.
• Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns, analyzing results and implementing improvements to improve ROAS and efficiency.
• Develop and coordinate email marketing initiatives, supporting segmentation, messaging, and performance tracking.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to measure outcomes and identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and design stakeholders to support content marketing efforts that align with keyword and customer intent targets.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and prepare performance summaries using Google Suite and analytics tools.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills by interpreting metrics, testing strategies, and continuously optimizing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, with hands-on experience in SMM and social media management.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO including SEO strategy and on-page SEO.
• Experience managing social media marketing and social media campaign management across platforms.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads / Google Analytics for campaign tracking and optimization.
• Ability to create data-informed recommendations using Google Suite & analytics tools (and similar platforms).
• Understanding of content marketing principles and how they connect to SEO and conversion goals.
• Competence in email marketing concepts and best practices for performance-driven outreach.
• Demonstrated analystic skills with attention to detail, reporting accuracy, and iterative improvement.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
