BDR Manager

Overview

BDR Manager role within Demand Generation (not Sales) focused on running the full inbound and intent-driven engine that turns demand into pipeline.

What you'll do

• Run Sprinto's BDR function end to end for the inbound engine.
• Own net-new intent plays being built from scratch.
• Own the BDR number across SMB and mid-market.
• Lead the team responsible for meeting that number.
• Build and maintain systems like sequences, routing, and reporting.
• Apply AI to make the inbound/outreach engine repeatable.
• Work with performance marketing, SEO, and lifecycle teams on the same funnel.

What you'll need

• Experience managing humans and demand-to-pipeline plays.
• Experience working end to end across inbound and intent funnels.
• Experience owning performance metrics and a target number.
• Experience with systems such as sequences and routing.
• Interest in campaign conversion and funnel performance (why campaigns convert).
• Curiosity about demand generation vs dialing alone.
